Join any number of programs and you'll be able to reserve a car online and pick it up at any number of lots scattered around the city.

There's usually an annual membership fee of $50 to $75, and hourly rates are in the $8 to $10 range for a compact sedan or wagon. The company pays for gas, insurance, maintenance and parking in any of the lots where it has reserved spaces.
